TREC Licensed Home Inspections

Prices based on square footage of the house (for detailed information on our home inspections, see our "FAQ" section). Please note that these prices are for homes inside the Lubbock city limits with slab foundations. Pier and Beam foundations are an additional $30.00.

• Up to 2,000 for $190.00
• 2,000 to 3,000 for $240.00
• 3,000 to 4,000 for $290.00
• 4,000 to 5,000 for $340.00

TRCC Third Party Inspections

In Lubbock County, we can provide the footing, plumbing rough and slab inspections $75.00 each. If you call in the Framing, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Inspections together,  you qualify for a bundle discount of $50.00 per inspection. This also applies to the Final Inspections.

This means that for a typical home with no basement, you can expect TRCC Inspections to cost around $625.00 total if you take advantage of our discount.

We also travel to surrounding counties for an additional milage charge.

Inspections for Municipalities

All your structural, electrical plumbing & mechanical inspections, provided by licensed and certified inspectors for just $75.00 per inspection, plus milage! No minimum number of inspections required, no overhead for you. Just call us when you need us, and we do the rest. You'll have an inspection report in your hands within 24 hours.

Construction Consulting & Plans Examination

Having a new home built outside the city limits? Have more questions than answers? Construction Consulting    $75.00 per hour

Plans Examination             $150.00 flat fee
