TREC Licensed Home Inspections
Prices based on square footage of the house, the location and the type of foundation (for detailed information on our home inspections, see our "FAQ" section).
Please note that these prices are for homes inside the Lubbock city limits with slab foundations. Pier and Beam foundations are an additional $100.00 and mileage charges may apply to homes outside the Lubbock city limits.
- Under 2,000 square feet for $325.00
- 2,001 to 2,500 square feet for $350.00
- 2,501 to 3,000 square feet for $375.00
- 3,001 to 3,500 square feet for $400.00
- 3,501 to 4,000 square feet for $425.00
- 4,001 to 4,500 square feet for $450.00
- Over 4,500 square feet, please call for a quote
New Construction County Inspections
In Lubbock County, we can provide the footing, plumbing rough and slab inspections $75.00 each and a windbrace inspection for $75.00. If you call in the Framing, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Inspections together, you qualify for a bundle price of $50.00 per inspection. This also applies to the Final Inspections.
This means that for a typical home with no basement, you can expect Inspections to cost around $700.00 total if you take advantage of our discount. Re-Inspection fees may apply.
We also travel to surrounding counties for an additional mileage charge.

Inspections for Municipalities
All your structural, electrical plumbing & mechanical inspections, provided by licensed and certified inspectors for just $100.00 to $125.00 per inspection! No minimum number of inspections required, no overhead for you. Just call us when you need us, and we do the rest. You'll have an inspection report in your hands within 24 hours.
Construction Draw Inspections
Area Wide Inspections provides Construction Draw Inspections for lenders who need to verify the percentage of completetion for a construction draw request. This is available on both residential and commercial projects.
