- Testing the heating and air conditioning
- General shots of all the rooms
- Report with full color photos provided the next business day
It can also be beneficial to the complex to have these conditions documented by a neutral third party. These reports can serve apartment managers in two important ways:
- You'll have documented proof of items that need to be taken out of the security deposit
- You'll have a punch list for your maintenance team
